The majority of clients with in-network insurance pay $0 out of pocket.

If you're using in-network insurance to cover services, rates are determined by your insurance provider. Once the claim is processed, they'll send an "Explanation of Benefits" (EOB) to both you and our office, outlining any portion of the fee for which you're responsible. Clients are responsible for checking benefit coverage with their insurance carrier and responsible for payment. See FAQs for more information.

I am currently in the process of joining additional insurance plans. If you don't see yours listed above, I am considered an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide you with a superbill (a detailed, itemized receipt) for our session. In this case, you will pay self-pay rates, and you may then submit your superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement. Contact me for more details.

For clients paying out-of-pocket and not using insurance, rates are as follows: 

• Initial Nutrition Visit 

(85 mins): $270

• Follow-up Nutrition Visit 

(55 mins): $165
