My Story
I have been a Registered Dietitian for almost a decade now, working in a variety of different settings. I was originally drawn to this career because of my desire to help people. I love science and teaching; this career gives me the opportunity to combine those two passions. I am committed to bringing accessible, compassionate care to those in my community.
Women's health holds a special place in my heart. Having navigated my own infertility journey and been fortunate enough to welcome my daughter through IVF, I know firsthand what it feels like to be frustrated, isolated, and overwhelmed by misinformation and conflicting messages around women's health and fertility. My hope is to walk alongside those still on their infertility journey, offering support, genuine understanding, and evidence-based nutrition guidance aimed at improving your overall health and wellbeing.
Outside of women's health, I consider myself a generalist. I am experienced providing nutrition therapy and helping folks of all ages (from newborns to 100+ years old!) prevent or manage a variety of nutrition-related diseases or disorders.
When I'm not working I enjoy reading books, exploring different neighborhoods in Seattle, and trying to find the best chai tea latte in the city.
